Honda Racing is celebrating the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 this month by taking a look back at some of their successes in the Indy 500 over the years. Honda has had more starts, completed more laps, and won more races than any other carmaker that has participated in the previous 99 Indy 500 events. These accomplishments make Honda the most successful carmaker of all-time at the Indianapolis 500.

- Honda has won 12 Manufacturers’ Championships since 1994
- Honda-powered drivers have won 217 races and 15 series championships.
- No other automaker has been able to achieve this Honda record
- Honda’s Total Indianapolis 500 Race Wins: 10
- Honda’s Total Indianapolis 500 Race Starts: 301
- Honda’s Total Indianapolis 500 Race Laps: 50,019
