Back in the late 1960s, Honda decided to enter the automobile market in the United States with the introduction an all-new vehicle called the N600. The brand had already a name for themselves as the top-selling motorcycle manufacturer in the U.S. and now they were looking to enter a whole new market with this innovative new vehicle. Now, nearly fifty years later, the Honda N600 is now making a name for itself once again as it will be the center of a new video series being released by the brand through social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook. This series will be documenting the restoration of N600 – 100000, the very first N600 ever produced.
“We’re so proud to bring the story of Honda’s roots in the U.S. to life through the restoration of this vehicle,” said Alicia Jones, Honda social media manager. “Finding Serial One, the very first Honda N600 test vehicle in America, and documenting the meticulous process of bringing it back to life really embodies the Honda spirit. We can’t wait for viewers to come along with us on this journey.”
